Returns Policy

You have 14 days from your receiving date to request a return.

Please contact us by email, phone or live chat on our website. 

An osoznaniedushi Support Team Member will guide you through the process.

No returns will be accepted without a prior confirmation from an osoznaniedushi Support Team Member.  A return case will be created and logged when your return request is understood and approved.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Returned products is subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

*Items excluded from returns: Underwear, Water Bottles, Socks, Leg Warmers, and Swimwear (without Tags and Sanitary Liner still attached).

*All final sale & Sale items are non refundable and non-exchangeable

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for orders by mail.  We will process your return and provide a credit or full refund to original form of payment.

When you place a new replacement order, it be eligible for Free Shipping.

Warranty

osoznaniedushi guarantees its products to be free from manufacture defects.  osoznaniedushi will refund or replace any products that are defective at no additional charge.  We will credit, exchange or refund any manufacture defect within 14 days.
